“I barely write reviews unless the service is extraordinary o terrible. In this case, everyone in that shop was excellent. We purchased (through finance option) a new hot tub, and it was super fast and easy the whole process. Delivery was scheduled after two weeks, the installation went smooth, and the guys were very professional. Kasey was very professional and honest about what type of hot tub I needed more than what I wanted. She had all the time and patience to answer any questions. Tasha was excellent every time I had to reach to them too. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the installation guy's name, but they were amazing too, and they answered all my questions and taught me how to take care of my new hot tub. Super happy with my purchase and experience in this store.”

“Staff are pleasant to work with. Although we had some communication glitches at first. Pool was delivered and installed on the day promised. We have been swimming almost every day since that day. We love our pool. Today I noticed a Crack in the ladder from an obvious manufacturing defect. I showed pictures to the staff at Patriot Pool and Spa and was provided a replacement part to repair the ladder. Thank you so much.”

have a disability and your Doctor provides a Px for a spa,
you can avoid paying that 7% sales tax, which saved me over

“Hi Fred, I believe I may have met you WAY back when in my early radio days when my late husband and I first moved to Navarre for his AF career and my kids were little!

My new husband used to have a Hot Springs Spa at his home in Holt, but sold it when he sold that home. Ever since I met him and we've gotten married, we've wanted to get one for our home in Fort Walton Beach. We took a trip to Naples and visited a Hot Springs Spa dealer there--it was a pleasant experience which reinforced our decision to get another Hot Springs Spa. We contacted the local dealer in Pensacola (he'd worked with them before), but after many weeks and no return phone calls...even when we were ready to purchase one they had ordered to be delivered between February and April, we opted to look elsewhere.

We then contacted the Hot Springs Dealer in Panama City Beach, and we were actually on the verge of purchasing one they had in stock there (and had a delivery date and time arranged), but an overbearing salesperson and an owner who became very rude when my husband had a question about the taxes, lead us to change our minds.

Thus, we visited your store on Friday and met Kasie, and looked at the Jacuzzi and the Sundance. She gave us a quote for a Sundance, and we returned home for some additional measurements. I spoke with her again on the phone Saturday about the smaller Jacuzzi, of which you have more arriving in March. We returned to the store and worked with her to purchase one. We've put a deposit on it and are looking forward to getting it in a few months.

I want to thank you for making the buying experience SO VERY MUCH BETTER than what we had experienced elsewhere. We feel, ultimately, we'll get a better spa with more features, have better service close to our home and continue to be well taken care of. Kasie was very helpful and very knowledgeable, and we thank her, Brittany for assisting with the order write-up and the overall experience.

I know spas are selling well, but if you find yourself in the need to reach new and more potential customers, please let me know. I'd be happy to endorse Patriot Pool & Spa through a radio campaign for you for all of the reasons above! I co-host the morning show on Coast 93.3.

“Ok, I got a Sundance spa used,,,Patriot is the closest dealer for Sundance to me, 4 hours away,,,i had a few startup issues with breaker popping and running a spa that was made in 2006 and had not run in a few years. Well Josh for one was the tech I spoke with and went out of his way to make sure it got up and running. The girls who answered the phone, sorry do not remember there names, was friendly and help me keep in touch with Josh, as i changed parts and tested. Well as of today to spa is up and running.
